Chiranjeevi blood bank was started by Chiranjeevi on October 2nd, 1998. It has helped lakhs of people since it is established. For its efforts, it is awarded as the best blood bank of the state ousting major rivals like Red cross, Lions club and other 161 outlets. The award came because of the number of voluntary donors, number of free blood transfusions the bank given and the quality of equipment being used. Till now, it collected more than 1,15,000 blood samples.
