This hotel is one of the well known hotels which is known for its quality and comforts and is a very well maintained hotel.
This hotel is a much frequented hotel by tourists visiting this place for pilgrimage and the good accommodation they provide is appreciated by many alike. The hotel is set in a beautiful palce which overlooks the Tirumal Hills and the natural view of the hills is quite mesmerising. The stay at the hotel is very good and the service rendered is also of quality and value for the money.
This hotel is around 4 floors and all the basic modern amenities are provided in all the rooms and is at a walkable distance to the Venkateshwara Temple and other tourist places in Tirupati.

There are a total of 50 rooms which face the sacred Tirumala Shrine. The rooms are categorized into Non-A/C Rooms, Deluxe A/C Rooms and Quality Suite offering comforts of home the plush, downy bedding, stylish marble bathrooms, and wonderful touches like high-speed Internet. These rooms feature bay windows, which offer panoramic views of the city and the Seven Hills.
All these room have certain basic amenities that are common to all like in-house Laundry and Dry cleaning facility, Round the clock Room Service, Telephone (STD/ISD), Color television, Doctor on call, Fax, Photocopy, Refrigerators and many more. Average price per day is Rs 450. The rates vary as per the accommodation type.

Dining
The hotel has 2 restaurants and a bar for the guests to dine from. The restaurants are the Navarattan and Khazana. The bar is named as Madhuvan. The staff in the restaurant is well behaved and the place is kept neat and tidy and well maintained. The place is brightly illuminated and provides comfortable feeling to the guest while dining.
Navarattan
This is a specialized North Indian and South Indian Vegeterian Restaurant which offers a variety of dishes to choose from for breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. The guests will cherish the preparation and the taste.
Khazana
The is a Multi cuisine Restaurant which offers Indian, Chinese, tandoori & Mughlai cuisines. The place is open all through the day till 11 in the evening. The background music is a soothing to the ears.
Madhuvan
This is a place where guests can relax and enjoy a wide range of drinks. Since this is a bar and a restaurant the guests can spend their evening here enjoying from the variety of cocktails and drinks and can also order the food.
Conference Halls
The hotel offers two conference halls for various purposes ranging from business meets to conferences and private parties. The maximum capacity they can accommodate is up to 2000 guests. They have a roof top terrace where the guest can arrange events and parties in open air and enjoy the natures beauty along with the view of the Seven Hills. The meeting rooms are well-configured with the best of equipment to ensure that you face no problems while conducting the event.
They also undertake Catering service for breakfast, lunch, dinner, meeting breaks and cocktail parties. They have their own professional event planners for any kind of event and will do all the needful.
The Bliss Hall is the smallest of all and can be categorized as a business center which can accommodate up to 50 in Reception Style and 25 in Conference Style and 40 in Banquet style arrangements.
The Darbar Hall can accommodate upto 600 in Reception Style and 200 in Conference Style and 250 in Banquet style arrangements.
The Vikram Terrace is an open air venue for different kinds of events and can accommodate up to 1500 in Reception Style and 2000 in Banquet style arrangements.
