ICTCSE is the acronym of International Conference Of Emerging Technologies Computer Science Engineering.An International conference for the emerging technologies is going to be conducted in V.R.Siddhartha college of Engineering in the month of February in 2010.The dates for the conference are February 12 & 13.The main theme of the conference is to bring the engineers,scientists,practitioners,researchers to bring to one common platform make them all aware of the emerging technologies in the ComputerScience field.The participants are expected to exchange and share their experiences, innovative ideas and research results about all aspects of Computer Science and Engineering discipline.Participants can also submit their papers and can share their views.The papers of the following fields are allowed.

2)ADHOC NETWORKS
3)ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE & MACHINE LEARNING
4)EMBEDDED SYSTEMS
5)PARALLEL & GRID COMPUTING

7)IMAGE PROCESSING & BIO METRICS
8)NETWORK SECURITY
9)NEURAL NETWORKS & FUZZY LOGIC
10)SPEECH RECOGNITION
11)PERVASIVE COMPUTING
This forum shall discuss the emerging issues, challenges, practical aspects encountered and the solutions adopted in the respective fields.Last date for the submission of the papers are 15th December 2009.
