అవును, మన రాష్ట్రంలో రోజు రోజుకి అద్దెలు బాగా పెరుగుతున్నాయి. ఆర్ధిక మాంద్యం వల్ల గత మూడు సంవత్సరాల్లో ఐ టే రంగం కొద్దిగా మందగించడం వల్ల హైదరాబాద్ లో కొద్దిగా అద్దెలు తగ్గినట్టు వార్తా పత్రికల్లో కధనాలు వచ్చాయి. కానీ అవి కేవలం అధిక జీతాలు తీసుకుంటూ విలాసవంతమైన జీవితానికి అలవాటు పడిన వారుండే ఖరీదైన అపార్టుమెంట్లు, భవనాలకు మాత్రమే వర్తిస్తుంది. ఇటేవల కాలంలో తెలంగాణా ఉద్యమం వల్ల ఆంధ్ర ప్రాంతంలో కూడా అద్దెలు బాగా పెరుగుతున్నాయి. - ప్రవీణ్

Hi Praveen,
Rental value in almost all areas of Hyderabad was increasing drastically. A common man who hardly earns his livelihood was put in trouble in search of houses. He has to forego more than half of his income only towards rent. Then what about other expenses. But due to the issue of telangana agitation rental value in some areas reduced to some extent. But at the same time the rental value in andhra region has increased.

And some body told me that due to TRS agitation the real estate market is down and the susequent downfall of rental values.
But that is not the case.
Hyderabad city still demands good rentals.
Only monied persons can afford it.

Rental values are increasing day by day, not only andra pradesh but also all over india, rental values is an increasing phenomena like gold and it can't be low than its past price. Andhra pradesh also plays a vital role in development of real estate development.

Hi Mohan and Ravi Kumar,
Thank you for your response. The income levels of people are not increasing in the same ratio in which the rents are raising. There should be some limitation to that. For those who are MNCs no problem but for the people who are in private jobs earning very meager amount it is becoming very difficult.
