Hi Mohan,
Goverment is making so many schemes for the welfare of the people. But it is not reaching the people for whose benefit the scheme was made. There are so many examples for this. One example I would like to quote now, this is what practically happened. In one area Government has granted lands to one community. (I do not want to mention the place and community name). On paper it was allotted to them, but that land was occupied by many Government officials and political leaders. Though the government is making schemes but the leaders the other middlemen are getting benefit from the schemes. The poor people are there only, but the people who have influence are becoming more and more rich. Though the intention of the Government is good, it is not reaching the people.

Yes Subba Raju poor is not getting the benefit of the govt sponsored programmes and schemes.
Ration cards ------------
Many poor are yet to receive their ration cards inspite of having all their credentials. Instead those who are not eligible are given the cards in a huff. I saw many poor still running from pillar to post to have a ration card.
Arogyasree ----------
Poor are supposed to get medical benefits from private hospitals without paying any fees. But some hospitals are refusing the patients by denying their admissions as they get arogysree bills late. Poor patients and eventually directed to Gandhi Hospitals.
