One small suggestion is try to post the contents in English, so that every one can understand well and get good traffic to your posts not only through google, you will get good cash credits from this site also. Use a number of keywords in your posts.

And it takes time. You are very hard working guy. Please try to post in English too. Then we can get traffic from all over the world.
Do some SEO. Then we can get lot of traffic. If more traffic, then more earnings.
