Hyderabad is a cosmopoliton city and many people with different attitudes live here.
In Telugu Eanadu is most popular.
If you want to see more local classifieds then its Deccan Chronicle.
If its older generation they prefer the The Hindu.
Old city prefers urdu daily Siasat
So, we cannot single out one popular newspaper.

Hi,
Eenadu is the most popular and read paper in Telugu. Although it is facing huge competition from other papers, its popularity didn't decreased little bit.
Business edition is good in Sakshi newspaper. So for business, prefer sakshi paper.
And Hindu and Deccan chronicle are popular English newspapers in Andhra Pradesh.
