Yes this is displayed Maheedar. But many of such posts i seen in ISC and i followed the same approach. But in ISC, they are approved. So i followed the same thing.
And for writing description, if it is mentioned good communication skills then how can i changed ?
May be i can change to Excellent communication skills. That's it. There must be a complete transparency in the system. Some approved and some didn't approved is not a good feedback. May be it is problem occuring due to different editors.

Here is an example of how you can write the Job Description in your own words :
"Job involves using different job portals and job boards efficiently for talent hunts and sourcing, Screening, short listing candidates for the given skill sets through various job sites, referrals."
The selected Candidate is expected to search and shortlist talented candidates by sourcing and screening through various job sites and job portals.
" Effective usage of email/phone,
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Night Shifts is a Must.
- The key attribute look for this position is the ability to know, where to look for solutions when you don't have a readly one. "
The required candidates should have good communication skills in addition to being effective in the usage of email and phone. The candidates should be will to work in night shifts. Above all this the key attribute that the candidate should be able to know where to look for required solutions in the absence of one.
None of the editors in any of the sister site of ISC are allowed to approve copied content. In case an editor has approved such content it may be because he was in a hurry.
Copying content is harmful for your own adsense account. Too many of copied resources can result in suspension of your adsense account. Just with a little effort in writing your own words can make the difference.
