Congress would not suspend Jagan. If it does so it would be a great disrespect for Dr. Rajashekar Reddy and Congress can forget Andhra Pradesh for at least another 10years.
Congress will drag the issue a far as possible and may be give some assurances to Jagan that he would be made the State leader after say about 5 years.
One thing is for sure Congress will not take any decision on this until the situation becomes very critical.
There is a chance in future, if all MLA's come in favour of the high command, the congress may leave the decision to Jagan itself : whether to resign or cooperate with the high command. But it will never suspend him.

Maheedhar i disagree with you.
Jagan group is being targeted by Sonia and want it to cut into size. There are intelligence reports that Jagan is garnering support of many MLA's and asking them to go against high command so that it will suspend them and he can start new party.
On YSR's death annivarsary Jagan is going to drop a big bombshell on future politics of AP.

Hello Mohan,
I don't think putting a separate party would be a healthy decision for Jagan. As I said before if Jagan stays in Congress for about 5-10years the high command will itself come to him for giving the led role in the state. I dont know why Jagan is in such a hurry.
He would not succeed if he would put a separate party.
