Hi,
Initially all sister sites used to have a appointed webmaster with 80% of the site's share. Thus whatever today 6-10members are doing in a combination, one person had to do all that job. The webmaster thing was a success in sites like Bengal Spider. But not many will be able to match Sandy sir in bringing up sites.
This sharing program has distributed the load of bring up the site over a max of 10 people. So each of us are fortunate enough we do not have all the load on ourselves. Although the share is less the work is much doable now and this collective work will lead to the progress of the site. I would say it is a revolutionary idea.
I was made the webmaster in Tamil Spider and I failed and after introducing the sharing program the site is growing like a rocket.
