instead of current partnership program can all members be given certain sum of fixed payment based on point wise slab. For example Rs. 150 for every 1000 points made by the member. This will increase member participation automatically as each member will know how much he is going to get for his contributions here.

Hello Nayan,

Good to know you are thinking about the sites development.

Many members here contribute in multiple sister sites. They contribute a little in each sister site. Expecting them to get 1000 points in each site is not fair. Thus the policy came that if they are in the top 10 performers with atleast 100 points it is enough to get good share.

Moreover the revenue sharing system started when the site was at its very initial stages when the revenue was small and giving away amounts like Rs 150 to a single person was not that feasible. It was announced by Sandy Sir that it will continue till December 2010. And that promise has to be kept at any means. So the revenue sharing cannot be stopped in the present scenario.

It is definitely a good idea but I feel it would be of much discouragement for many part-time good performers of this site.

I would like all the members to express their opinion over Nayan's Suggestion so as to get collective view.

Note : If you really earn 1000 points in the this month, you can be the topper and you will probably get Rs.150 as a share.

I am not against the partnership programme that your site is running I am just suggesting that this will increase the traffic as each every member contributing will get money. You can creates slabs starting from 50 to 1000 points with appropriate cash credits against it.

Hope this will suffice and many members would agree. Anyways thanks for your views and prompt reply.

Already partnership programme is going on this site and you can be a top best 10 members and reap the benefits. As far your suggession goes its not possible to implement as many members are posting here very causually and not seriously.
