Hi,
I would have put all the options listed if I had the chance. There are few factors that lead to maximum accidents:
1) We have huge population running on roads. Not many people use the local trains in Hyderabad. This makes controlling very difficult.
2) You can escape through any traffic violations by just giving some money to the traffic police.
3) We don't have enough revenue to renew all the roads regularly. Even when the road are renewed due to corrupted contractors the roads are never proper.

Yes, what you said is 100% correct. The main problem is corruption everywhere. To get a contract and execute a contract let it be roads or maintenance of gardens, buildings etc. contractors have to pay a huge amounts to various persons. Definitely they will not lay the roads as per the quality required. Every year we can see the roads are being made in the last moment say in March or september, as the Government have to utilize the budget. In the last moment the orders will be issued thereby there is a lot of chance of misusing funds not getting the quality of roads required.

Road traffic sense is absoulutely absent in AP. Especially in Hyderabad the traffic rules are thrown to the wind while driving and hene these kinds of accidents. We can see daily one road accident on the SP Road and Begumpet stretch. Two wheelers and cars vie each other in speed and get involved in the accidents.

he must have put all of the above option
lack of traffic sense
many ve traffic sense but what is the use?
negligence in following rules
no sevierity in punishment
daily people are habituated to give bribes . so they neglect rules
increase of population
we should follow one or none rule like china else population will increase exponentially 2 power n.
some of the other reasons other than above may be
dirty roads
negligence of traffic department in diverting
government negligence
laziness
being rich they give bribes
lack of proper infra structure
rash speed
the rules will be followed by all people when all believe that life is more important than time.
