A phone call to CM would suffice for her to wish him. Did CM really coming to the SBad railway station all the way to see that hoarding. It is truely wastage of public money and power. Cheap mentality and cheap publicity of netas to say that they are there to rob public.
It cud have better to raise a hoarding appealing public conveying any social message.

Very good reply Srinivas. I was expecting a strong reply from you and you have done it with aplomb. Yes as you said a social message should have accompanied to greet the CM. When we ask GHMC for laying or filling pits on the bad roads, they say that no funds. From where they got funds to fix flex hoarding over night.
