Need Attention: Error Occurred Screen pops when trying to Post Questions in Question Bank

Hi,

I tried to post the questions on question bank but when submitted I am getting the following message on screen please have a look into this.

An error occurred.

An error occurred.
Please try to access the featrure again by pressing the back button on the browser.

Yes i also experienced same problem. I then logged out and then logged in. The problem got solved. But before doing that save your articles and then paste after logging in.
