This year we had good number of movies but only few did well at the box office. We could see many fresh faces this year
Simha movie full with drama, action and has everything in it. It was nice to watch Naina Tara with a new look.
Ye maya chesave was surprise hit with its songs and new face of samantha. Also the story is new to the audience
Leader is a movie which i think is a very good attempt made by sekhar kammula to present views about politics and the difference between politics and true leadership.
Maryada Ramanna is a complete comedy pack and charged with entertainment. A very remarkable acting by Sunil infact.
Adurs, Brindaavanam and Darling could be rated as good family entertainers
Again last but not the least Robo did a great job with its high special effects and science fiction and an entirely new concept. Hats off to the direction and script.

As the year is coming to an end and this thread is really a good one to discuss on the movies which are released in year 2010 and hit the box office like anything.
Unfortunately Telugu Cinema Industry have not done good for this year and not many movies come into this list, as per my knowledge the best movie I can name here goes like this way
Simha - Balakrishna acted very well and got received equally by the audience, sucess may be due to faction trend got little revamped and presented in the movie or Balakrishna not performed different act.
Ye Maaya Chesave - Lovely movie, the most beautiful slow love movie have ever seen in Telugu films, the location, heroine, picture quality and music was awesome.
Maryada Ramanna - A worth comedian Sunil acted as hero and performed like a professional hero, he does his best in the movie and audience accepted it at their best, low budget film with massive collections.
Brindavanam - Family entertainer movie with good collections, story line is good and Jr. NTR performed well.
Robo - Copied from Tamil version but still got received by audience as the technical values were more and the concept was new.
Raktha Charitra part 1 and part 2 screened average, Ram charan's orange, Mahesh Kaleja, Pavan Kalyan Komaram Puli have not reached to their expectations.
I wish Telugu Industry to come up with new and interesting movies in the year 2011, and expecting/awaiting for the movie Anaganaga Oka Dheerudi Katha.
