Cheaper mobile phones available in the market are not at all reliable.
Though we get N number of features for a lesser price these kind of mobile phones are not at all advisabe to use. Always go for branded company mobile phones which offer u guarantee and reliability.
When we say Reliability it need not be related to handset but something related to health. Cheap mobiles usually emit more radiation and continuous talking can be hazardous to health in longtime. And also these handsets wont have warranty morethan 6 months. There are many technical differences between branded mobiles and cheaper ones.
Despite of this, we cannot expect people being resistant to buy cheaper mobiles as most of us look at cost than quality(which is absolutely invisible) in this case.

yes srinivas you are absolutely right
Could you please throw some more light on how we can assess that a mobile has good quality or not because nowadays its very difficult to say by just merely seeing the handset.
As all of us are not very much technically sound with electronics what are the ways to choose the best

The cheaper the mobile the cheaper the quality will be. So if we are looking for the price and then we must be ready to compromise on the quality. But people are always after cheaper variety and hence this may be hit with new takers.

There are no such standard rules to certify that a mobile is of good quality or not. No shop will allow you to check mobile before you make payment. Many shopkeepers will show us the Demo piece and will open the original piece only after making payment. Even after that we cannot go through all features of mobile except making a call or listening ringtones, or taking a snap(for a camera mobile).
If you are really looking for quality go for a branded one blindly because, these branded companies are liable for legal proceedings if found poor in quality and also they maintain certain standards in their manufacturing processes and more over Brand value is not a thing that can buind in a day or two, it is attained eventually for maintaining defined quality over years.
If u dont care about quality then go for cheaper phones with more features.
As said by Mohan, it is the take of buyer to decide between cost and quality.
There is no perfect solution for anything but we have enough chance to select the optimal one.
