I think new editor is required?

There are many pending posts in the business section. I posted many business posts in athe last week. More than 7 days ago. But any of them is not reviewed. So i think new editor is required.

Yes,I think webmaster must select some editors because there are many posts in new submission .If they will be edited at time then they will start coming in search engine otherwise it will take time.
Its not good for website's traffic.
