Hello Sai Ram,
All you have to do is go to Google Adsense website. create an account or if you have a gmail account log in with it. Then you will be directed to the form in which you will have to fill in details like website, contact details etc.
It would take a few days for Adsense team to review your application and they would then approve your application if they think your website is genuine and follows all the guidelines.
Then you have to copy paste the adsense code you get in relevent places in your website.
Having said all this and doing all this, I can totally assure you that applying through Andhra Spider is much easier and assuring than this process.

My adsense account got approved . Now how do i earn?
My URL was been given as http://www.andhraspider.com/adsense-api-profile/tvsram92.aspx .
Will i get earnings if any one opens my resources or should they click it. Should i add the URL of every resource to my adsense account?
And google has mentioned there is option for us to keep a search bar in our website. Can it be possible with this site?
Any one please help me...

Hello Venkata Sai,
Congratulations on getting the google adsense approved. You will be getting google adsense whenever people click on the ads in your pages like resources, business or forum etc. You do not need to add every resources, the site you mentioned will take care of all the articles written by you in this site.
All the coding is automated in this site. You need not and cannot make any modifications.
All I would say now is be patient even if the earnings are low in the start. They will eventually grow with more and more articles hitting the search engine.
