Why gift shop not functioning ?

I want to know the details about gift shop. Can anyone explain?

Hi Rakesh,
Gift Shop is nothing but a person can give some points to another
person on cost his points.The person who sends the gift will get reduced in his points and the person who receives the gift will get increased in the points.Editors are exception in the gift shop because how many gifts they send they will not get their points deducted in the beginning.But there came some flaws in that system so the rule of gift shop for editors has changed which I don't know actually.

Hi Rakesh

The reason Gift Shop functionality is implemented is to show appreciation to other members for their good work. As of now only the members authorised by Web Master or the Editors have privilege to use the gift shop free based on their limit but all other members have to remit some of their points while sending a gift.
