What is the reason for less participation by the members?

Hi Members
I have observed that the members participated in various sections of the site actively till recently. But unfortunately the member participation and their contribution to various sections has come down recently. When I browsed through other sister sites, the member participation in most of the sister sites is quite good with good contribution. I wonder what must be the reason for the less participation and contribution of the members. Dear members could you please participate in this thread and discuss in this regard.
Please share you opinions regarding this. Once again request all the members irrespective of their member level / rank to participate actively in various sections including the forum section and contribute your valuable posts in this wonderful site and thus help in enhancing the viewership of this site.

Please participate in various discussions as sharing knowledge is an excellent way of improving knowledge. The more you share knowledge, the much you gain knowledge.

Hello Sobha,
We just need some active members to contribute and I'm sure that we will get them in near future. I can see your active contribution in all sections in of ASR, we just need 5 to 6 members like you, that's it! I believe in growing step-by-step in all aspects of life. I just took the charge and I have a strong belief that we can make our site big. I can say this because ASR has a strong potential to attract a wide range of users across India and we had proved it before also. Dear Sobha,

There are many reasons for less/non participation in a form.One of the reason I feel is no prompt response from the editor/web master.Suppose a person contributes to resource section and he get response after 10 days. Contributor will reduce his contribution drastically.

From few days there is good and positive change in the forum.

Hi Friends,
We have got a good webmaster, i thank him for MOD scheme. Iam inactive from past 3 weeks as i restricted my self away from computer in holidays. Now ill also start my contributions again.
