You will be also having additional columns to enter other details like

Job Location : Country
Job Location : City

Company Address
Email
Phone
About Company
All these are optional only to provide additional details at one go for users. You will have option to select more categories so that the chance of visibility of Job increases. Click on Submit. After verification, Administrators will approve the job and it will be search engine visible.

The same procedure applies for Business Directory section also. Click on the above link of Business Directory. Click on Post Business and you will be asked to enter the particular details.
Title and Description are mandatory.
You need to choose a category among the given options.
You need to provide contact information like
Email
Website
Phone
Address
and location info like
State
District
City
Pincode
Try to give details as much as possible.You can fill the form accordingly and click on 'submit'. It will be approved after being verified by the administrators.
