Query about iocl hiring process for engineers in 2011

I have completed b.tech in mechanical engg. in may 2011 & got selected in indian oil corporation ltd.through gate score & interview after shortlisting.my final result is still awaited.ON 24-5-11 the organisation sent me an email and published my name on their website.They were to send me an appointment letter by this month on the basis of which date wil be given to me for joinning and if required ,i can ask for extension of joining.But after 24-5-11 the org. hasn't contacted me & i haven't got the app. letter also.So, i need to know how to contact the org. about any of my query.There are many things to be done before joining.So, please reply shortly if you people can help me with any of their contacts.
