The Government of A.P. has appointed a new Vice Chancellar to the Osmania

University after a long gap of seven months.

Previous V.C of O.U. Mr. Tirupathi Rao got retired on December 18th, 2010.

Name of newly appointed V.C of O.U.: Mr. Sirasani Satyanarayana.

Date of Birth: 03-07-1955

Native place: Yanambile village in Palvancha Mandal, Khammam Dist.

Family details: Wife is working in Sri Chaitanya college and son is

working in Canada
