Danger to train passengers - excess luggage loading

We all know that the Express/Passenger trains will have one Guard Bogie.

Half part of the Guard Bogie will have space for luggage loading. There are

certain rules that the weight of the luggage should not be exceeded 4 tons.

But,now a days the loading responsibility has given to private operators

and they are not bothered about the specifications of Railway authorities.

They are loading upto 7 to 10 tonnes of luggege. Because of this excess

loading of luggege in the guard compartment, there are chances of derailing

while running at high speed. The experts in the S.C. Railway are expressing

fear on this issue.

Hence, the higher authorities of S.C. Railway has to look into the matter

and take necessary steps in this regard.
