Can anyone else attach photos in our resource?

Hi
I have a concern. Can anyone else attach a photo in our resource? I recently posted a resource which got approved today and I have not attached any photos to my resource but I was surprised to see a photo attachment to my resource that too an irrelevant photo. How could this be possible?

Please need clarification in this connection. However I have deleted the photo.
