Exam Details - GITAM Admission Test (GAT) For Post Graduate Technical Courses
GAT - PGT is an all-India Online Entrance examination conducted to filter students for the admission into the Post Graduate technical Courses in GITAM College Visakhapatnam and Hyderabad.
Gitam Admission Test (GAT)- PGT Exam is conducted by Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management (GITAM) for admission of students into Post Graduate Technical Programmes offered by them. GITAM is one of the top 50 Engineering collages of India. It is an Online examination conducted all over India.

Exam Pattern of GAT-PGT GAT-PGT paper consists of 100 multiple-choice questions. Each question is of 3 marks. The questions are divided into three sections
• Numerical Data Analysis / Quantitative – 40 Questions • Reasoning & Intelligence – 30 Questions • Verbal Ability – 30 Questions

Syllabus for GAT-PGT The Syllabus for the GAT-PGT exam can be sectionally divided as follows: • Numerical Data Analysis / Quantitative - This section involves questions from Arithmetic, Elementary Algebra, Geometry, Inequalities, Graphs (data interpretation), Sets, Relations and Functions etc. • Reasoning & Intelligence – This section involves questions on Analytical / Logic Reasoning • Verbal Ability – This Section has questions coming on Sentences, Antonyms Synonyms etc.
