Exam Details - GITAM Admission Test (GAT) for Under Graduate Management Courses
GAT - UGM is an all-India Online Management Entrance Examination for the admissions into the Under Graduate Management Courses offered by GITAM College Visakhapatnam and Hyderabad. Gitam Admission Test (GAT)- UGM Exam is conducted by Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management (GITAM) for admission of students into Under Graduate Management Programmes like BBA and BBM offered by them. GITAM is one of the top 50 Engineering collages of India. It is an Online examination conducted all over India.
Courses Offered through GAT-UGM
GITAM offers 5year integrated MBA courses through which the candidate can obtain one of the two following
- BBA at the end of 3years
- BBA(Hons) at the end of 4 years
It also offers a 3year course in BBM.
Eligibility Criteria of GAT-UGM
The candidates applying for the GAT-UGM should have a minimum of 50percentage in his 10+2 examination or equivalent. He should not have failed in any of the subjects. Additionally he should have obtained a good GAT Score.

Exam Pattern of GAT-UGM
GAT-UGM paper consists of 100 multiple-choice questions. Each question is of 3 marks. NEGETIVE Marking is there.The questions are divided into four sections
• Verbal Ability – 25 Questions
• Numerical Data Analysis – 25 Questions
• Reasoning & Intelligence – 25 Questions
• General Knowledge – 25 Questions

Syllabus for GAT-UGM
The Syllabus for the GAT-UGM exam can be sectionally divided as follows:
• Verbal Ability – This Section has questions coming on Sentences, Antonyms Synonyms etc.
• Numerical Data Analysis - This section involves questions from Arithmetic, Elementary Algebra, Geometry, Inequalities, Graphs (data interpretation), Sets, Relations and Functions etc.
• Reasoning & Intelligence – This section involves questions on Analytical / Logic Reasoning etc.
• General Knowledge – This section included every aspect of general knowledge. This does not have a specific syllabus.
