Dear Friends,

Andhra Pradesh is one of the princely states of India. It is formed on 1st November of 1956. Andhra Pradesh is called as A.P. in short.Hyderabad is the capital of Andhra Pradesh. Andhra Pradesh lies on the south-east coast of our country(India) with having second largest coast line in India. Andhra Pradesh is fourth largest state and also fifth populated state of India.

Latitude and Longitude :-

Latitude of A.P. is 12°41' and 22°N and Longitude of A.P. is 77° and 84°40'E.

Borders of A.P. :-

Andhra Pradesh has four five bordering states viz.,Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Chhattisgarh, Karnataka, and Orissa.

Language Spoken :-

Telugu
