ICET 2010 dates

Integrated Common Entrance Test

ICET 2010 or Integrated Common Entrance Test for admission in to various colleges under various universities in Andhra Pradesh for MBA and MCA courses. ICET 2010 is conducted on for Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (ASPCHE)
by Andhra University, Visakhapatnam.

ICET 2010 Eligibility criteria

A candidate should be completing Bachelors degree or an equivalent from a recognized university at the time of admission in to the college and should have Mathematics as a subject in SSC level to be eligible to apply for MBA admission. Those students who are in their final year of graduation are also eligible to apply.

A candidate should be completing Bachelors degree or an equivalent from a recognized university at the time of admission in to the college and should have Mathematics as a subject in Intermediate or +2 level or in Graduation level to be eligible to apply for MCA admission. Those students who are in their final year of graduation are also eligible to apply

ICET 2010Tentative Dates

Date of Entrance Examination - 2nd week of May 2010
Application Forms Availability - 4th week of February to 4th week of March 2010
Last Date for receipt of completed application forms - 4th week of March 2010

Applications with late fees – Mid April, 2010)

ICET 2010 Examination Pattern

The total time for the entrance test is 150 minutes duration having a total of 200 objective type questions which are divided in three sections A, B and C

Section-A: Analytical Ability

(i) Problem Solving-55 questions
(ii) Data Sufficiency-20 questions

Section-B: Mathematical Ability

(i) Arithmetic Ability-35 questions
(ii) Algebrical and Geometrical Ability-30 questions
(iii) Statistical Ability-10 questions

Section-C: Communication Ability

(i) Vocabulary-10 questions
(ii) Business and Computer Technology-10 questions
(iii) Function Grammar-15 questions
(iv) Reading Comprehension-15 questions
