    Newly Introduced Entrance test for lawyers

    Here you can find the nformation related to exam procedure,applications,examination fee details,deadlines etc........

    Supreme Court announced that they are going to introduce an entrance test for the law students inorder to enter into their profession from this year onwards. This exam is being conducted All India wide.This exam is scheduled on December , 2010 and is being coducted by the Bar Council of India(BCI).

    The minium skills and knowledge of the students who wish to enter into the lawyer profession will be tested through this exam.

    Pattern for Law Exam

    This exam will be conducted once in every 6 months and there will be 100 multiple choice questions. The timings if the examination and venue are not yet decided.This exam is conducted in 9 different languages. The question will be set by Ex. ISRO Managing Director MGK Mennan and a committee of retired Supreme court justices.

    Applications for Law profession Entrance
    The applications issues will be started from July 15, 2010. The last date for accepting the applications is September 30. The examination fee for Law Profession is Rs: 1300.

    Total 11 lakhs people enrolled for the law degree.
