Care to be taken for eyes when working on system
Some tips for maintaining the good eyesight. Some of the things which are not to be done when working in front of the computer screen.

When we sit in front of the computer system and work on it continuously for more time, our eyes get exhausted so soon. At that time we must not neglect our eyes and should take some precautions, so that we can save our eyes from certain problems in the future.
Do's and Dont's for a good eye vision
The computer screen and the eyes should have equal and direct contact. If the computer screen is slightly high in position from the eyes, then there will be problem to the eyes. We should not work on the computer in the darkness. Always light should be more in that room where the computer is placed. Otherwise the rays which are exhibited from the computer will have more effect on eyes. Adjust the colours in the computer screen equally. Using heavy dark colours on the screen may cause problems.
Eye exercise to remove strain
If you feel like your eyes are itching, rub your both hands and the heat which is generated on doing so will give some relief to the eyes temporarily, when that heat is placed on the eyes.
When you are in work on the system, try to take atleast a 1 -5 minute break for every half an hour which helps you to relax your eyes from strain.
Try to wash your eyes with cold water as many times as possible. If possible clean your eyes with a wet cloth, it will be sufficient.
If you continuously watch the screen, the eyes will become dry very quickly. So, blink the eyes as much as possible. If you contact the doctor, they will provide the spectacles that cause less effect to the eyes.
If your eye swells or itching is there, take little cotton and dip it in the milk which is not boiled and place this cotton on the eyes for half an hour which give some relief. You can also place the rose petals in the water and dip the cotton in this water and place them on the eyes. By doing all these, the itching will be reduced in the eyes.
Food vitamins available for eyes: Vitamin A, C, D, Calcium, Zinc, Omega -3 Fatty Amlas. Carrot, eggs, Leafy Vegetables, Tomato, Banana, Ginger, Fish are the food items where all the above vitamins are available.
