How to prepare Cutlet Omlet
" and the next is what are the
required items to prepare Cutlet Omlet
?
Recipe for Cutlet Omlet
Eggs – 4
Milk – 1 Ccup
Curd – ½ Cup
Oil – required Quantity
Onion Pieces – 2 Cups
Green Chillies – 4
Ginger garlic paste – 3 spoons
Turmeric powder – Little
Salt, Red Chilli powder – Based on the usage
Dhaniyala Powder – 2 spoons
Procedure to prepare Cutlet Omlet
First break the eggs and pour the liquid into the bowl. Add Curd and Milk into this bowl and mix these three contents and place this on one side.
Light the stove and place a frying pan on it. Pour little oil into the pan and heat it. Now add onion pieces into this pan and fry them until their colour changes to roasted colour and then add Turmeric powder, Ginger garlic paste, Green Chillies and a little amounts of Salt, Red Chilli powder to the onions content and then mix the contents well and place the frying pan aside and off the stove.
Now let it be cooled for some time and mix this Onion gravey into the bowl where we mixed egg, milk and curd. Mix all these contents well and place a pan on the stove again. Add two spoons of oil on to the pan and then take two to three spoons of the gravey and place it like Omlets on the pan with a thick layer. After they are ready, fold these omlets like Dosa and cut them in to small pieces.
