Due to a 8- month long freeze over the panchayat funds, all the sanpanchas of the state call for a rally called 'Chalo Secretariat' on July 20

In order to achieve their demands of releasing the powers and funds, all the sarpanches in the State are going to participate in a rally called as 'Chalo Secretariat' on July 20.

During the period of Y.S rajashekar reddy the funds for the panchayats were never freezed. Contrast to that K.Rosaiah has led to the freeze of these funds for the past 8 months which resulted in inefficient provision of the basic amenities to the villages. Thus all the Sampanchas of the state along with MLC YVB Rajendra Prasad, Chairman, Andhra Pradesh Sarpanches Sangham has announced the rally.
