Katha Screenplay Darsakatvam AppalaRaju is going to be a satire of Tollywood. In the recent launch of the movie Ram Gopal Vera gave the taste of the movie by releasing one of its songs in advance. This is a detailed article about it.

Katha Screenplay Darsakatvam AppalaRaju is the comeback film for Ram Gopal Verma in Tollywood after as long gap of 12 years. The hero for the film is comedian Sunil and the heroine is Colours Swati. The movie is been produced under the Shreya Banner by Kiran Kumar Koneru.The co-producer is Suman Verma and Y Sudhakar Reddy is the cameraman. The music director for the movie is Koti.

Katha Screenplay Darsakatvam AppalaRaju mohurtham happened on 27th August 2010. Sri Devi was the Chief Guest for the event and also the main attraction of the function. Ram Gopal Verma Released a free song to the public in the mohurtham function. This is supposed to be the Theme song of Katha Screenplay Darsakatvam AppalaRaju. This song is full of satires towards the Telugu Film Industry. In the presence of directors like Guna Shekar, K Raghavendra Rao, Seenu Vytla and B Gopal , the song was played which included the satires over them too. One phrase in the song was 'evadabba sommura talent'. The song completely displays verma's feelings over Tollywood.

The movie is not free of satires. A character played by Raja Ravindra is named as EV (assumed to be Jeevi). The character runs a Tollywood site called halfbrain.com which without doubt targets idlebrain.com. Ram Gopal Verma has always been in controversies in media he never respected Tollywood and this is a chance he is using to express his feelings.
