    Osmania University Students Joint Action Committee (OUSJAC) called bandh on September 5. See details

    Osmania University Students Joint Action Committee (OUSJAC) called a bandh to protest against Government and seeking clarification for quota in recruitment of successful APPSC Group-1 candidates from Telangana.

    Demand of OUSJAC nb bandh on September 5th is a guarantee from Government for 42% quota in Andhra Pradesh Public service commission (APPSC) for Telangana region. This quota will be from list of student who cleared APPSC group 1 examination. The OUSJAC also appealed to candidates who are appearing for the G1 preliminary examinations to boycott the tests.

    According to Osmania University Students Joint Action Committee (OUSJAC) leader P Ravi there will be serious agitation if Government ignore this demand and government will be be responsible for any untoward incidences occurring in state.

    Telangana bandh on September 5th is supporters are Telangana Rashtra Samithi, the Bharatiya Janata Party and New Democracy while Osmania University Students Joint Action Committee (OUSJAC) appealed Telugu Desam Party to analyze the gravity of the situation and support them.
