This article has the examination pattern of GITAM Admission Test(GAT)for the Engineering and Pharmacy Admissions.

Exam Pattern of GITAM Admission Test – Engineering and Pharmacy

GITAM Admission Tests will have 100 multiple choice questions in total split-up into three sections:

• Mathematics / Biology – 40Questions – 120 Marks
• Physics – 30 Questions – 90 Marks - 90 Marks
• Chemistry – 30 Questions – 90 Marks - 90 Marks

Few more points to be considered :

• In first section Mathematics and Biology is decided on whether you are MPC stream or BiPC Stream. If you are in MBiPC Stream then you can choose the subject according to your ease but choosing Mathematics will allow you to get admissions into B.Tech courses also.

• Each question is a multiple-choice question. It is followed for four options. Only one of the options is right.

• With each correct question you will get 3 marks. With each wrong question you will lose 1 mark. Negetive Marking is There. Un-attempted questions will be given zero marks.
