    Onion Pickle - Ingredients and Preparation

    Onion Pickle is very easy the simple but very tasty dish. This article gives the detalis of Preparation of Onion Pickle.


    Hi friends,

    Now-a-days each and every person is busy in their work. There is no time for anyone to prepare regular pickles. Sometimes, they will not get time to cook even curries. So here I would like to give a simple and tasty recipe for a pickle which can be prepared within 10 minutes. It will be very tasty

    Ingredients

    Onions - 1/2 kg.
    Oil - 200 gms.
    Salt - to taste
    Red Mirchi powder - 100 gms.
    Methi powder - 1 tsp
    jeera powder - 1 tsp
    Rai Power - 1 tsp

    Method

    wash the onions and keep aside till the water is removed. Now chop the onions. Take the chopped onions into a bowl, add salt, mirchi power, methi power, jeera powder, rai powder and mix well. Now add oil. Your pickle is ready. So, it hardly takes 10 minutes for preparation of this pickle.

    Note - People suffering with acidity may prepare the pickle in the same manner but are advised to exclude rai powder.

    Important - Pickle should be preserved in a bottle and advised to keep in refrigerator, so that it lasts for more time.
