A delicious and healthy food - Oats Upma

So let us try this. As everyone know that
Oats
is very good for health.
Benefits from oats are it helps in reducing of
calories, sugar etc.
So, it is very useful when people want to reduce their
weight
and it is also a good food for
children and sugar patients.
So, now let us have the recipe for
Oats Upma
Ingredients
Bombay Rava - 1 cup
Oats - 2 cups
Onions - 3 small or 2 big
Green Mirchi - 8 Nos.
Oil - 3 tsp
Ghee - 1 tsp
Lemon - 1/2
Salt - for taste
Urad Dal - 1 tsp
Channa Dal - 1 tsp
Rai - 1/2 tsp
Jeera - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - little
coriander leaves - 1 bunch
ginger - small piece
Method of preparing
Oats Upma
Keep a pan on the stove and put on the flame. Leave it for 2 minutes, put 3 tsp of oil. Allow the oil to heat, then put, channadal, urad dal, rai, jeera, curry leaves, wait for 1 minutes, put chopped onions, chopped green mirchi, small pieces of ginger. See that the onions will turn into brown colour, then put 3 cups of water. While the water is boing put salt, ghee, lemon juice and then bombay rava. While putting ravva see that no lumps are formed, after 20 seconds put the oats, then turn the flame to low and keep a plate on the pan. Allow it to cook for 10 minutes on low flame. After that switch off the flame, and put the coriander leaves. Now your Oats upma is ready.
