Some simple and useful tips for weight reduction

Nowadays each and every person want to reduce their weight. Even small children say school going are also much worried about their weight. This shows people are now health conscious. It is always good to maintain weight.
Some simple and useful tips for weight reduction.
Avoid Oily food
Avoid tension
Take plenty of Water
Do not be tensed
Have a good sleep
Go for morning walk
Working people atleast try to walk for 5 minutes after every hour
Take more greeny vegetables
Avoid Sweets
Reduce consumption of Non-vegetarian food
Avoid junk foods
Avoid watching TV while taking food
Always take a small plate for breakfast and lunch, so that the quantity you take will be seen more.
After 1/2 hour after meals, walk slowly for 20 minutes
Take dinner early
These are some of the tips which can be followed very easily. Mostly people will not get time to go for a walk. Every one will watch TV, so try to take dinner early, and after 1/2 hour, just walk in your drawing room slowly watching your favour TV programme.
