Winners of the Nandi Awards for 2009 movies were announced on 7th October,2010 by the Andhra Pradesh Nandi Awards Jury 2009. Since the awards are given in 2010, they are also referred to as Nandi awards 2010 and the winners as Nandi Award winners 2010.

Nandi Awards are probably the only film awards that consider all the aspects of the movies genuinely and without the effect of its commercial values. They have proved this again by choosing their best film as Sonthuru instead of Magadheera and choosing Dasari Narayana Rao as the best actor instead of Ram Charan Teja unlike most of the other Awards. Nandi Awards Winners 2009 included some surprising touches. There were 9 awards given to Magadheera and 4 Nandi Awards to Mahatma and so on.
