    Bitter Gourd Fry - Kakarakaya chips fry a delicious and tasty food for all age groups


    Bitter Gourd is very good for health for each and every age group

    There are so many varieties which are prepared with bitter gourd. But children normally dislike it. Especially it is very good in rainy season as in rainy season there is a huge possibility of attack of many diseases. But if regularly bitter gourd is used in meals chances of infectious diseases will be less.

    Children do not like curry with bitter gourd, but they definitely like this fry. As it will be crispy and like other chips.

    Bitter Gourd Chips Fry

    Ingredients

    Bitter Gourd - 1/4 kg.
    Oil - 100 gms.
    Chenna Powder - 100 gms (Senaga pindi)
    Salt - 1/2 tsp
    Mirchi Powder - 1 tsp

    Preparation Method

    First wash the bitter gourd and drain it. Not cut the bitter gourd into round pieces. Keep it aside. Now put a kadai on the stove and put the flame, once it becomes hot, pour the oil into it. Allow it to for 5 minutes. Now the oil will come to boil. Now, put the flame on low and put the cut pieces of bitter gourd into oil. Allow it to turn into dark brown colour. Once the pieces turn into brown colour remove them and put the pieces in a bowl. Continue the process till all the bitter gourd pieces are finished.

    Now put all the fried bitter gourd pieces into another kadai and put it on the stove and put the flame on low, not put the salt, mirchi powder and chenna powder and mix it well. Keep it on the flame at low for 5 minutes. This will make the bitter gourd to observe salt, mirchi. Now, put all the pieces into a serving bowl.

    Now, the bittergourd chips are ready to eat.
