Self Appraisal!!!

Once there was a man went to a public phone and started conversation as follows:

Man: Mam, I am looking for work, I am a gardner. Do you have any vacancies?

Lady: Ohh I am sorry to say that we already have a gardener working in our house.

Man: No problem mam, but I will do the same work for the lesser price than the current person.

Lady: no.

Man: In addition to gardening I'll also clean house with no extra cost.

Lady: no.

Man: Apart from gardening and house cleaning, I'll also lookafter the home when u are not at home; without any extra money.

Lady: Sorry gentleman, we are pretty happy with the current gardners work and we don't want to change him.

Man: ok Mam, and disconnected the phone.

The shop Owner hearing all this conversation asked the Man " why do you want to work more for which you are not getting paid?, are you desperate of job?. I can offer you the same job, will you work for me?"

The man replied "Sir, I am the one who is working at that Lady's house. I just want to know how-abouts of my work over there"

Story Ends.

This is the way the man did his self appraisal!!!
