    Tangri Kabab made of Chicken

    Tangri Kabab is a very easy item to cook with less number of ingradients and very delicious to eat


    Tangri Kabab Ingredients

    The ingredients that are required to make Tangri kabab are as follows

    Chicken Joints - 1 Kg
    Ginger Garlic Paste - 40 grams
    Lemon juice - 1/2 cup
    Chili Powder - 20 grams
    Garam Masala - 10 grams
    Methi powder - 5 grams
    Maida - 60 grams
    Corn flour - 100 grams
    Eggs - 4
    Oil - Required amounts
    Salt - Required Amounts


    Tangri kabab Preparation

    Firstly, take the chicken joints into a bowl and clean them neatly. Then take them in a bowl and place small lines on the chicken joints with knife. Now take the Ginger garlic paste, salt and lemon juice and mix them thoroughly. Now apply this mixture to the chicken joints and keep them aside for 1 hour in the bowl.

    Now take the Eggs,Maida, corn flour, methi powder, garam masala, Chili powder and mix all these and make it in the form of a solid ball and keep it aside.


    Now take a pan and add place it on stove and add oil into the pan. After the oil gets heated,take the chicken joints that are mixed with ginger garlic paste and dip these joints into the mixture of spices that is kept aside in the form of a solid and place these joints in the oil.

    Until these chicken joints turn into golden yellow, fry them. That's it, delicious Tangri Kabab is ready. Now you can serve these with onions and Pudina chutney.

    Spicy Chicken wings are ready. It cooks so early.
