Many students do not realize the importance of campus placements when in college.Campus interviews are much more easier to crack than offline interviews. Here is a comparison between In-Campus and off-campus interviews for engineers.

In campus versus Off campus interviews in Engineering

College campus interviews are better than offline campus interviews. This is due to many reasons:

1. The recruitment is generally higher in college campus than off-campus interviews

2. The top rankers in the college are given more preference for their company on the basis of their performance and percentage secured and many are directly sent to technical round instead of written so its an added bonus.

3. The campus interviews happen in your college itself, so the volunteers and teachers are known to you. so whenever there is a problem you can approach easily and ask what is the status

4. The confidence level is much high.

5. The experience is far better than off-campus.

6. The selection criteria is easier and elimination rate is much less in college campus interviews.

7. The best thing is that while you are studying you have a job in your hand that means there is less competition from those who are much experienced than you in that particular field.

8. Last but not the least all are your friends only who are attending the interview with you so it is much comfortable and you can share among yourselves the experiences about the rounds completed and Do's and Dont's.

So friends do not loose the opportunities when the companies are at your college doorstep because the luxury of being selected in campus is much better than offline campus drives which requires more skills, hardwork and struggle.
