    Cauliflower Pakodi Preparation

    The cauliflower pakodi is very easy to make and the Cauliflower Pakodi Recipe is as follows.

    Cauliflower Pakodi Ingredients:

    Cauli Flower – 2 cups
    Turmeric Powder – Less than 1 table spoon
    Oil – Required quantity necessary to fry
    Maida – ½ cup
    Rice Powder – ½ cup
    Corn flour – ½ cup
    Salt – Necessary quantity
    Red Chili Powder – Required amount

    Cauliflower Pakodi Procedure

    Take the Maida, Corn flour and Rice powder into one bowl and mix these three. Add some water, salt, Turmeric powder, red chili powder into this mixture and make it in the form of pakodi paste.

    Now take a cauliflower and split it into small pieces and take a bowl and add water into that and little salt and then boil this content.

    Lastly, take a pan and add some oil into it and heat it on the stove. Now, take the boiled cauliflower pieces and dip it in the pakodi paste and place them in the oil. Fry them until they change their color into brownish color.

    Delicious cauliflower pakodi is ready and you can serve these hot hot pakodi with Tomato sauce. It is very tasty and delicious to have it in the evening as snacks.
