Easy preparation of shahi paneer curry

The ingredients required for shahi paneer are:

Paneer-200 Gms
Tomato Puree-200 Gms
Ginger-Chilli Paste- 1 Tbsp
Tomato Sauce- 1 Tbsp
Cream- 1 Tbsp
Oil- 1 Tbsp

Fried Jeera
Garam Masala Powder
Dry Coriander Powder
Salt,Red Chilli Powder,Pepper -According to taste
Coriander For Garnishing

The step by step procedure for shahi paneer is:

1. Cut the pieces of paneer and mix a pinch of salt and lemon juice in it.
2. In a pan, add a little oil ginger-chilli paste in it.
3. Add tomato puree in it after sometime.
4. In a bowl, mix coriander powder, fried jeera, red chilli powder and salt to taste.
5. Wait for this mixture to cook for sometime.
6. Add tomato sauce in it accordingly.
7. After cooking it for 5-6 min, add the cut pieces of paneer in it
8. Serve hot and garnish it with coriander and cream.
