The Sri Krishna Committee has suggested 6 possible solutions for the present Andhra-Telangana Scenario The 6 recommendations made by Sri Krishna Committee are:

1) Andhra Pradesh stays as it is without any changes.

2) Separation as Seemandhra and telangana with Hyderabad under central government. Both regions get new capitals.

3) Separation as RayalaTelangana and Coasta Andhra with Hyderabad in RayalaTelangana and a new capital to Coastal Andhra.

4) Separation as Seemandhra and Telangana with Hyderabad along with 5 other districts as Union Territory.

5) Separation as Seemandhra and telangana with Hyderabad being common capital for some time after which Seemandhra gets new Capital and Telangana gets Hyderabad as Capital.

6) Andhra Pradesh will not be splitted but a Telangana Development Foundation will be formed which will look after the proper budget distribution and that gentlemen's agreement is always followed.

The Sri Krishna Committee itself has said the first three options are not practical.
