• On the whole the third day of the Budget Sessions also finish without any key discussions.

• Chandra Babu Naidu requested deputy speaker to release the suspension over the 5 MLA's who were suspended on the second day of Budget sessions for their misbehavior against the Governer.

• TRS MLA's continues their pro-Telangana slogans and this time some of the Congress MLA's as well added to their voice.

• The Jagan supportive Congress MLA's demanded for the release of fee-ruimbursment for the Backward class students.

• Outside the Assembly chaotic situation was created by the Osmania University students with this 'Chalo Assembly' programme.

• Students of Osmania and Nizam colleges were observed to go on with the police.

• Many areas of Hyderabad were prone to violent activities.

• Telangana activists lit a railway bogie and created a mes at the Railway counters and forced the railway authorities to cancel the services for the day.
