Tulasi Plant is commonly found in every Indian house.It is worshipped as Goddess Lakshmi as well as it is used as a perfect house hold remedy for many health disorders.It is very prominent in Ayurvedic and Naturopathic treatments .

In most Indian houses,Tulasi plant is grown as a holy plant.People worship this plant and perform poojas everyday. We believe that Tulasi giver wealth and health.

There are two types of Tulasi plants, one is Rama Tulasi and the other is Krishna Tulasi. For growing Tulasi plants?, salt free water and good sunlight is required.It is a best remedy to prevent general health problems like cold,cough,stomach disorders,infections and skin ailments.The following are the simple tips for using of Tulasi leaves as house-hold remedy.

1) COLD AND COUGH: Daily morning with empty stomach,take one spoon of tulasi leaves juice by mixing with one spoon of honey which relieves the breathing problems, cold and cough.

2)APPETITE: Daily morning chew fresh tulasi leaves with empty stomach regularly which improves the appetite.

3)PIMPLES: Mix leamon juice with tulasi leaves juice and apply the same on pimples, black heads and black spots to heal them quickly.

4)DIGESTIVE : DISORDERS:Take 5ml of tulasi juice and 5ml of ginger juice daily which controls the problems of indigestion and stomach ache.

5)HEAD ACHE: Take tulasi juice and mix with camphor and apply the same paste on fore head which gives immediate relief from head ache.
