Thalakona is one of the most visiting , tourist spot in Andhra Pradesh, it is deep forest area in chittoor distinct, it is also good shooting spot, it is good and warthful place to visit every one, in this article i am giving more information about the thalakona.

Thalakona means Head of the hill, it is a forest with hills areas, it is good place for all peoples who are willing to enjoy the tracking in the forest, and also it is place to for devotees also. because the famous Lord siddeswra temple is located here.

Thalakona Water Falls

The water Fall in Thalakona is highest waterfall water fall in Andhra Pradesh, it is around 250 feets of height, water in the water fall comes from different places and it is difficult to trace the water source point because it is deep forest area people believes that is it good for health because of it traverse and touch different trees in the forest.

Lord siddeswara temple : Lord siddeswara temple is a famous temple in the thalakona forest area, it is top of the hill and it very peaceful temple.

Canopy Rope Walk : Canopy Rope Walk is one major attraction in the Thalakona it is around 250 feets height and 300 feets width ,walking on the canopy rope is very good experience

Forest area: The soundings of the thalakona is full of green tree and different type of birds and animals.

How to Reach Thalakona in Andhra pradesh

By Bus: It is near to Tirupati , it is around 50 KM from tiupati . Frequent busses are available from tirupati. APRTC provides special service to thalakona on season times.

By Train : Get any train to reach tirupati from ther use the bus service or and use any private services to Thalakona.
